Owner Phil Concha founded Apple Roofing after more than 20 years working across six roofing companies and nearly every role in the business.
That firsthand experience shaped the company's value philosophy: give homeowners the best quality at the lowest reasonable price without cutting corners. Phil and Katie Concha lead the family-owned company, with Phil meeting customers to provide proposals and roof-condition reports.
Apple Roofing has served Delaware since 2018. Its team reports more than 50 years of combined experience and over 2,800 completed projects.
